User interface is very easy to use. Frequent updates and cloud-based access.

They will need some time to catch up to have the flexibility to handle all of the niche needs of some trucking companies.

Beyond Trucks is a powerful platform with an impressive range of features. But at times it can feel like there there's more functionality than we actually need or know how to take full advantage of.

In some cases, the abundance of tools leaves us unsure of which features would deliver the biggest benefit for our business, and training or onboarding for these advanced capabilities could be more streamline. A more guided approach- highlighting only the most relevant tools for our workflows- would help us unlock the true potential of the software without feeling buried in options.

Before using Beyond Trucks, tracking driver work, hours, and pay required juggling multiple spreadsheets and manual updates—leaving plenty of room for errors and wasted time. Since implementing the system, these processes have been streamlined into one easy-to-manage platform. We can now see driver loads, mileage, and hours in real time, with accurate pay calculations automatically generated. This not only saves hours of administrative work each week but also reduces mistakes and keeps payroll consistent and transparent. Beyond Trucks has turned what used to be a complicated, time-consuming process into a smooth, efficient workflow.

The easy to use customer interface and integration with Google Maps has made our experience with Beyond Trucks an extremely positive one. Our drivers love to use the app, and it has helped us significantly in being able to transition from paper to electronic dispatching. Customer service has also been exceptional with their constant availability and quick response times. Furthermore, it has already begun helping us transform our dispatch department from an antiquated, inefficient process, to a huge advantage for our company.

The only negative thing I can say is that we didn't sign on sooner.

Efficiency in dispatching. From using paper for everything to being able to see our customers laid out on the map with GPS, and ease with creating new loads, making it significantly more efficient and responsive to constantly changing needs.
