Beyond Role Plays helps sales and service teams build critical conversation skills without learning through trial and error on real customers. Through bespoke AI role plays with realistic personas, teams develop high-stakes sales, service, and leadership conversations in scenarios designed by learning experts and tailored to each organization. Each role play is engineered to develop specific behaviours, policy adherence, and subtle customer dynamics that generic role plays often miss. Scenarios are built using learning science and supported by learning consulting, so practice targets the skills that matter most. Behaviour-level scoring and clear feedback show where skills are improving and where coaching is needed, giving leaders visibility into frontline capability.
