The user experience between Beyond Pricing and Airbnb is very disjointed. When I'm in Airbnb, it's not 100% clear that Beyond Pricing is managing my prices, and Airbnb's UI allows me to change prices without a warning. I don't think Beyond Pricing can do anything about the experience within Airbnb, though.

The mobile website is not great. I nicer mobile site and/or a mobile app would be helpful for hosts that are often working from their phones. It would also be nice to receive notifications or emails when my listing is over-booked or under-booked so I know to go in and adjust my base price.
