I like that Beyond is an easy-to-use and intuitive platform that provides valuable information for decision-making. Its ease of use helps reduce the workload in managing accommodation listings. I suggest improving or completing the information regarding some functionalities, including the performance indicator (and how to improve it); allow modifications from Beyond to the connected platforms (for example, blocking nights or manual rate modification); and allow access to comparative analytical information of the city (area), even if you have the basic subscription. I’d love to see Beyond offer a tiered or capped pricing model for professional managers who have high-performing properties like villas, where a flat fee might be more sustainable than a percentage of gross revenue.
