It's basically a GUI written on top of a terminal/mainframe style database. Sometime finding what your looking for in the menus is a bit daunting but there is always the search feature or support if you can't remember what you learned in training. **What problems is Beyond Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's almost an all-in-one package. At my office we've found it either has the features/functions you're looking for, or they've partnered and already integrated with a service that provides those for you. ### 3.
