I really appreciated how Betts Recruiting kept me in the loop at all times with timely communication, especially after dealing with some flaky recruiters before. Kerwin was super hands-on and made sure I was well prepared for all of the interviews. Even when Kerwin was busy, on vacation, or sick, she prioritized keeping me updated on the interview process and called me to prepare me for the interviews, providing lots of helpful documents. The communication was quick, and there were very positive vibes. The interaction with the internal recruiters at Asana was very organized, and Betts Recruiting was super streamlined, so I didn't feel like I had to constantly repeat information. Everyone was well-informed both at Asana and Betts, which made the process smooth. I was also quite impressed with how genuinely they prepared me for the interviews.
