Even though the details can be helpful, I would recommend further streamlining the OKR work so that it is even simplier to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Betterworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are trying to simplify our Performance Management process and also have a simple and straightforward goal setting platform. The Betterwork tools have helped us to do that. And we really like that the Peer feedback/multi-rater feedback tool can be open for year round use by employees and managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Betterworks?

BW is a user-friendly web-based solution that has allowed us to manage the definition, regular check-ins, and evaluation of quarter-based OKRs. Also, as an admin, I can generate regular and useful reports related on how is the user's adoption and progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Betterworks?

Recommendations to others considering Betterworks:

At Posadas, BW has been the best software for our users, it is intuitive enough for our users, and we gained transparency and speed on the whole OKRs management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Betterworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

The whole OKRs management process (definition, check-ins, evaluation) is easier for us because we are able to set and share OKRs for Top Company and the rest of Posadas (n-1 to n-5), facilitating the alignment and collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Betterworks?

What I like about Betterworks is the personal customer service. I can reach out to our rep, and she will always respond the same day. I feel like I am her only client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Betterworks?

There is nothing that I dislike about the portal. Some areas need do need a little improvement, but that comes in time. Our group has discussed these enhancements with Betterworks, and they are working on implementing them into the portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Betterworks:

I would recommend Betterworks to organizations that are looking for a simple tool to use to measure performance. The dashboard is terrific and easy to understand. The system overall is very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
