**What do you like best about Betterview?**

very easy to use, have tools that fit my underwriting workflow

**What do you dislike about Betterview?**

Imagery coverage may be an issue but not a killer

**What problems is Betterview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending physical inspection to every property is very expensive, so Betterview is providing a remote/virtual inspection for us to streamline our underwriting and inspection processes. Our inspection spend goes down and our underwriting efficiency is improving.
