Betterstood is a platform for adaptive interviews and structured intake. It conducts voice and chat conversations that adjust follow-up questions to the respondent's answers, using interview goals and approved knowledge supplied by the team. Teams configure scenarios and campaigns, define the information to collect, and review transcripts, summaries, structured fields and supporting quotes. Typical uses include customer discovery, feedback collection, lead qualification and initial intake. A free plan and paid subscriptions are available, with self-service registration and a public interactive demo.
