BetterQuotes is an AI-powered condition-based quoting platform built specifically for residential cleaning companies. Powered by an AI model trained on over 300,000 live residential cleanings, BetterQuotes enables cleaning businesses to generate instant, hyper-accurate estimates remotely via a simple link or QR code sent to the client, completely eliminating time-consuming on-site estimates. While remote quoting speeds up bookings, the platform's primary breakthrough is eliminating surprise headache jobs. By visually analyzing a home before a crew arrives (while strictly maintaining prospective client privacy, as videos are processed entirely by AI and never viewed by human eyes), the system provides a comprehensive room-by-room breakdown, flags potential concerns that require a second look, and assigns an overall Clutter & Mess Score. This deep analysis solves the residential cleaning industry's biggest operational and customer service pain point: walking into a job that is significantly dirtier, larger, or more cluttered than the homeowner disclosed. By identifying actual home conditions upfront with total privacy protection, BetterQuotes prevents awkward mid-cleaning price adjustments, eliminates customer friction and pricing disputes, and ensures every job is priced accurately and profitably from day one.
