"Supporting smoother Software Releases through Thorough Quality Assurance"
5/5
What do you like best about BetterQA?

I was particularly impressed by how thoroughly they approached the platform. Rather than focusing only on expected functionality, they examined how different actions and system interactions affected the overall user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BetterQA?

There was occasions when their analysis brought attention to related areas that fell outside the immediate scope of the release. As a result, certain items required further discussion before final approval while this extended the review process slightly and it contributed to a more complete evaluation of the product. "Improving Product Stability before Reaching a Wider User Base"
5/5
What do you like best about BetterQA?

I particularly appreciated their ability to examine the platform from different perspectives rather than relying solely on predefined requirements. They examined various usage paths, tested edge cases and documented their observations clearly and this gave our team practical guidance for refining several areas of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BetterQA?

One challenge was that their thorough QA process at times surfaced related issues outside the original scope of the release. That prompted further discussions among multiple teams before final approval. In the end, addressing those findings early was far preferable to encountering them after launch. "Making Customer Support Interactions more Reliable before Release"
5/5
What do you like best about BetterQA?

What I appreciated most was their ability to approach the product the way actual users would. They explored different support journeys, revisited precious actions and checked how information appeared after multiple interactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BetterQA?

A few recommendations required us to reassess parts of the product that had already been approved for release and it ultimately resulted in a stronger outcome and reduced the risk of future complications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"More Stable Releases Thanks to BetterQA’s Product-Minded Testing"
5/5
What do you like best about BetterQA?

One of the biggest benefits of working with BetterQA has been the added confidence in our releases. Their testing process helps uncover problems before they reach users, which has made our product updates far more stable. They approach QA from a product perspective rather than just checking boxes. This means they often highlight usability issues and edge cases that could impact real users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BetterQA?

Occasionally there can be small coordination challenges when aligning schedules across teams, but communication has generally been smooth. Occasionally there can be minor communication gaps when requirements change quickly, but they usually adapt quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Chrome Extension that Revolutionizes Testing"
5/5
What do you like best about BetterQA?

I like that BetterQA has a tool that allows recording tests from the Chrome browser, which has been very useful for me to speed up testing processes. I also value that they rely heavily on the use of artificial intelligence, which allows for a certain speed in the processes while ensuring the correct output of the products. I appreciate that the human group that makes up the organization is well-versed in using the most appropriate methodologies for quality assurance, and what I like the most is their willingness to always listen to the client's needs, prioritizing solutions over profit. "ISO 13485-Certified QA That Caught Critical Mobile Bugs Before Release"
5/5
What do you like best about BetterQA?

Solid QA partner with strong compliance focus (they're ISO 13485 certified, which mattered for us). Found critical bugs in our mobile app before release - things Appium alone wouldn't have surfaced quickly. Team feels like an extension of ours; same engineers throughout. Flows tool helped stabilize regressions fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BetterQA?

Pricing is fair for the depth, not the cheapest but no hidden surprises. Would give 5 stars if mobile automation was fully in-house (they use Maestro for now, building their own). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Top Level QA Support with Deep Testing That Catches Issues"
4.5/5
What do you like best about BetterQA?

Their engineers integrate seamlessly with our workflow and bring a level of testing depth that’s hard to achieve without a dedicated internal team. They consistently catch issues early and often suggest improvements before problems even reach production. It genuinely feels like having a QA department available whenever we need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BetterQA?

Getting familiar with their working patterns and timezone was challenging at times but we got used to it eventually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Custom Tools That Dramatically Cut Triage Time and Clear Reporting and Proactive Support"
5/5
What do you like best about BetterQA?

Their custom tools (especially BugBoard for logs/screenshots to bugs) cut our triage time dramatically. Engineers are knowledgeable, stay long-term, and we kept the working systems/documentation after the engagement ended. Clear reporting, proactive suggestions. What do you dislike about BetterQA?

No complaints - would use again without hesitation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Professional QA services with excellent reporting and workflow integration"
5/5
What do you like best about BetterQA?

What I like most about BetterQA is their combination of technical expertise, proactivity, and well-structured processes. Their team is very detail-oriented and consistently identifies potential issues early in the development cycle, which has helped us improve the overall stability of our products.

Another aspect I appreciate is their innovative approach, including the use of internal tools like Flows and Bugboard for reporting and project collaboration. These tools make it very easy to track daily progress, review testing activities, and maintain clear visibility across the team. Integrations with platforms like GitHub and Jira also help streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.

The interface of their tools is modern and intuitive, and it’s useful to be able to see updates and reports from colleagues working on the same project. Overall, their professionalism, strong communication, and forward-thinking mindset make collaboration smooth and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BetterQA?

There’s honestly not much to dislike. If I had to point out something, it would be that some of their internal tools and features are still evolving as they continue to improve them. Occasionally new features are introduced that take a little time to fully get used to.

That being said, the team is very responsive to feedback and continuously improves the platform and processes. Updates tend to address real user needs, so the overall experience keeps getting better over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Impressive Tools and Expertise That Caught Subtle Bugs"
5/5
What do you like best about BetterQA?

They found subtle bugs we would've shipped otherwise. Tools are impressive (self-healing tests in Flows saved time). Pricing reasonable for expertise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BetterQA?

Only reason not full 5: setup took longer due to our legacy stack, but they handled it well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
