The Support staff are also extremely responsive and helpful, and have even followed up with me on topics months later when they had an update - a truly amazing crew! **What do you dislike about Betterment Advisor Solutions?** The lack of control on the advisor view. I would love to be able to filter notifications, create more customized client reports, be able to see more detail on a client's performance, allocation breakdown, and generally a better "review" experience rather than just being able to see the client's view. **What problems is Betterment Advisor Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** An easy client onboarding process for simpler less complicated client cases. ### 2. Not being able to hold/trade single stocks (I hear this is coming). Not having one dashboard for all tax forms (I have to click into each client account and download each unique form). **What problems is Betterment Advisor Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Regular dollar cost averaging for clients is made so simple. ### 3. It also assists individuals with little to no experience in investing to get started with investing without having to continuously manage the account, rebalance and ensure it is invested to their specifications. Betterment takes care of these things for the individual. **What do you dislike about Betterment Advisor Solutions?** You cant hold individual positions. It is also very difficult to leave Betterment if you decide to move to a different custodian. It plugs and plays with payroll and is easy to get up and running. ### 13.
