BetterFlow is a tool that enhances project visibility and addresses key challenges faced by remote teams. It seamlessly integrates with GitHub and Jira to auto-import activity, correlating commits, tickets, and logged hours. By tracking task allocation and timeline adherence, BetterFlow benchmarks individual and team velocity, providing an accurate view of progress. The tool runs daily AI-driven risk assessments on timesheets to flag productivity anomalies, such as discrepancies between claimed and actual output. This helps managers identify issues early and keep projects on track. Designed specifically for distributed teams and external contractors, BetterFlow tackles the problem of remote opacity and ensures contractors' productivity is properly aligned with project goals. It provides a clear, data-driven approach to understanding who is blocked, who is productive, and who may be falling behind or invisible.
