Thier customer service is outstanding. You also have the ability to map the level of the surveys to your internal jobs. The information can be located very easily with a minimum amount of wait time. The implementation and the ability to use globally was simple. We also love the ability to pull the survey participation directly from the system for our nearly 100 surveys. **What do you dislike about Bettercomp?** Not enough system security to segregate access, waiting for ability to customized column headers, and the ability to be able to see when a survey is completly loaded for use into BetterComp using size of file. **What problems is Bettercomp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Global access to surveys and market pricing.
