The templates do not always correspond with how they are show in the preview, and the software is not always in sync with GMail suite. **Recommendations to others considering BetterCloud:** If you are looking for more versatile or advanced tools for your email format, Bettercloud is the way to go. **What problems is BetterCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** As an administrator, it's easily to change user's signatures, in the event of a holiday, extended leave of absence or new partnership. Rather than just using gmails basic tools for email, our signatures are formidable, with a model feel, with improves our visibility with out clients. Policies, groups, drives, calendars, auditing tools etc. ### 35. The reporting feature is especially handy if you are trying to get the granular detail on your email domain. This tool isn't short of features that's for sure! **What do you dislike about BetterCloud?** Nothing to note, they have recently revamped their system with more SAAS product management, so you can hook in other SAAS products to this to manage it all from one system. **Recommendations to others considering BetterCloud:** This will save you the headache of tracking externally shared documents on your G Suite domain for sure with the audit feature. **What problems is BetterCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are saving more time on user setup and creation due to the wizard feature that you do not get with the basic G Suite admin console. It really helps solve human error by prompting you at each step to do the things you may well forget in a rush of setting up a new user. ### 36.
