BetterCloud offers a robust set of tools that IT admins can leverage in their day to day operations. Most of my work can be automated within BetterCloud which frees me up to do more important tasks. Would be great to have their legacy platform work with their new workflow platform. Part of tools like this is to consodliate and not have to jump around. That being said, we got blind sided by a price increase in the product which caused us to jump through some hoops to pull funding from different sources to comply with the price adjustment. I love the dynamic aspect. Everything is integrated, which makes onboarding and offboarding a breeze. Transferring files and ownership of docs is another thing that is now easy. What do you dislike about BetterCloud? I use app.bettercloud and g.bettercloud separately and they both provide value. If these were somehow integrated to be the same application that would be beneficial.
