BetterCloud streamlines cloud application management by automating user onboarding/offboarding, ensuring data protection and compliance, and providing centralized administration. If you are using one platform, BetterCloud is overkill. For instance, their original Google Admin interface is all an organization needs if just a Google shop, but they no longer offer this. First, the whole concept of BetterCloud is groundbreaking. Trying to automate most of the manual repetitive tasks is one of the best things that have happened to our organization. What I do like: 1. Automation - BetterCloud has made it easy to automate most of the tasks which we previously had to do manually 2. Security - With BetterCloud, we've improved the security of the Organizations data and also the staff's with features like scanning for internal files shared externally, Files with sensitive info, etc 3. Ver easy to use - Building workflows has to be one of the easiest Tasks on BetterCloud. They have tailor-made templates which make it easy to design custom workflows 4. User-Friendly UI - The user interface is very friendly and makes it easier for users to navigate through the service even for beginners. What do you dislike about BetterCloud? BetterCloud has some limitations too: 1, Very limiting - This has to be one of the biggest limitations. The use cases provided are very limiting. Sometimes it's very difficult to build one workflow to achieve your goal. You have to build several workflows to execute in parallel so that they can cover each other's weaknesses. This came about as we were trying to build an offboarding workflow. When you use the If-Then-Else function, when the workflow gets too else, it just stops and stops executing. This is very limiting where several use cases are needed 2. The format of the email sent to the managers is also very distorted. This way a workflow can add someone to a group, and by adding them to the group it will kick off another workflow.
