That is great you were able to take advantage of the setup flexibility that Track offers, and yes Spend tracking does require some user involvement to ensure it’s setup in a way that will match your accounting practices accurately. We are making some improvements to our Transaction Mapping soon which will give you more automation control, so be on the lookout for that. And we are excited about our Atlassian integration too! Financial reporting is intuitive and easy to read. Setting budgets allows for departmental / team cost tracking and chargeback analytics. With all of this SaaS data aggregated, the automation potential is limitless. To clarify, in addition to those tools authenticated with SSO, we do discover all the software you are paying for (including Shadow expensed products). We just launched our GSuite integration which extends Track to discover those free Shadow products as well.
