Better Together is a team effectiveness platform built by Better Practice. Most tools in this space measure how employees feel about the organization and generate reports for HR. Better Together helps teams improve performance and satisfaction at the same time. Pulse runs anonymous 60-second check-ins so the team can flag what's working and what isn't. Benchmark scores team effectiveness across four research-backed dimensions. An AI coach, backed by a proven framework for collaboration, helps teams understand what they’re seeing, decide what matters, and improve week by week.
