Whilst there is a grouping feature for the monitors and heartbeats it does require you to drag them to the bottom of the screen to create a new group. We would like to see the following:

1. Sort by group name for entire screen as it can get pretty messy when you have 100's of groups on one screen.

2. Sort each group by name so that each heartbeat and monitor is sorted in each group

3. Create a group without having to drag a monitor or heartbeat to the bottom. This is needed especially when you start creating thousands of groups and monitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
