It is not that easy to figure out where to setup your own personal notification preferences ( I prefer SMS instead of getting a call), Their automated Phone call is also flagged as spam on my Samsung phone (unfortunate, but not their fault.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wanted a service that did both monitoring and alerting. Before moving on to Better Uptime, I tried some services (AdminLabs, Status Page...).

I used AdminLabs for several years, but I had to leave them because their probes used the same cloud provider as mine.

The price is fair and I love the incident workflow, the display is clear and allows you to describe all the steps.
