There is nothing that I dislike about Better Uptime. It will be very exciting to see the Better Uptime service continue to grow over time and see the features grow and more features added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the much better uptime monitor softwares, doesn't give gals positives like others and has more automation and api options even in the free tier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has an amazing UI, and SMS notifications and it monitors any type of system including SMTP, IMAP, servers and domains with their respective response time. It's a little time-consuming to set up all the monitoring services for the different components and it's not that easy to change the design of the status page that is created, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Better uptime provides simple, cheaper and more professional status pages for my clients to stay updated. It makes me look more professional by adding the sites on a custom domain and staying notified regarding any downtime. It provides a history of downtimes in-built within the status page and also allows custom HTML/JS Script. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes better uptimes sends false emails, saying that the following server is down which is kinda annoying, but most of the time, they do provide real downtimes info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like that it checks for expired certificates. You can even adjust the time to be alerted for example send me an alert 2 weeks before or even 1 day before. The ability to alert in a Microsoft Teams channel is a bonus. Yes, you can send to an email but sending via Teams is more message friendly. It provides an easy to use interface with SQL-like queries. It's integration allowed me to add Logtail to my projects in a few minutes, unlike other products out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't think there are any downsides to using Logtail, at least I haven't found any. It serves it's role as it should and there aren't any major issues. Improvements? The only thing I can come up with is a better filtering system, but the one in place is already really good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
