I hate that they make it too difficult to change plans and upgrade to yearly subscription. The billing page is hidden and it was difficult to cancel my account. I would like to see the auto-fill text features be easier to insert and manage. I am not familiar with coding so some "drag and drop" options would be helpful. I also think it would be helpful to be able to set up option sets for auto-filled text. For example, setting billing rates or fields (like "local jurisdiction") that automatically update wherever they appear in the document would help avoid mistakes and speed up the process.
