Better helped us practice continuous improvement - it's the best retro tool around

**What do you dislike about Better for Teams?**

I want to see more from the actions backlog - integrations into Jira etc.

**What problems is Better for Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a lack of team transparency and are using Better retrospectives to give everyone a voice
