BestText is a web-based marketing platform for US businesses that combines SMS, MMS and ringless voicemail. Businesses can send bulk text campaigns, share picture messages, manage two-way conversations, import contact lists and create automated follow-up sequences. The BestText team handles 10DLC brand and campaign registration. The platform includes do-not-call list scrubbing, automatic STOP handling, keyword auto-replies and a default bulk-send window of 9am–9pm in each contact’s local time. Ringless voicemail supports recorded audio or AI-generated voices, with delivery, listen and call-back reporting. Businesses can use text messaging and voicemail to follow up with leads and stay connected with customers from one platform.
