BestPair is agent matching for US and Canadian debt collection floors: it puts the right collector on the right account. Most dialers hand the next account to whoever is free. BestPair decides which collector works which account, through the dialer the floor already runs, in any mode. Collectors, accounts and scripts stay the same. Results are measured every month against a control group on the client's own book. BestPair is a product of Datamize, Inc. Website: https://bestpair.ai
