The interface is clean, the onboarding is straightforward, and it doesn’t feel bloated with unnecessary features like a lot of competing CRMs. The pipeline tracking is intuitive, and the automation saves real time when it actually fires as expected. The reporting feels half-baked and limited compared to what’s possible—exporting data is clunky, and the filters aren’t flexible enough for detailed analysis. Mobile responsiveness is inconsistent; it works, but it’s clearly not a priority. A CRM lives or dies on speed and accuracy, and right now CLIKY can sometimes lag right when you need it most.
