They are by far the best directory I’ve ever used. Honesty, candor, and simplicity. Their ability to help me get testimonials helped change my company. Wow. I work with other directories and theirs is the most dynamic and provides the most Content. Further, their team is personal, dedicated, and one of a kind. Though they continue to grow every year into new verticals, they keep the personal touch like a startup. I’d prefer a more robust way to integrate video into the platform. Video is key and I think they have been slow to get that fully going. In today’s day and age, you can to be reliant on text alone. What problems is Snoball solving and how is that benefiting you? It has helped my companies in an SEO, social proof, and lead generation standpoint probably more than most partnerships. I really love how it gives me qualified people who have in many ways self qualified. Further, best company has a reputation management software where I generate testimonials. This is essential because it helps with SEO and building my brand. The biggest benefit has been seeing increased average deal value of almost 20% due to BestCompany. I continually recommend them to other partners because of this work. If I were starting out a company today and they had my particular vertical, I would use them no matter what. When doing data uploads for call campaigns, the fields need to be labeled very specifically before it will accept the upload. Great customer service and flexibility when needs change. Their algorithm for ranking is clear and upfront, with a huge focus on what actual customers have to say and ensuring an unbias ranking of companies. Have the ability to build an extensive profile, earn trust badges for your website/social, and easily sort through rankings by state. Some of their customer review outreach methods perform better than others. Really wish as a premium subscribed company we would have option to use Phone Call Review Collection service for lists less than 200 customers. I think this unfairly favors large corporate businesses who have a long list of customers over smaller up and coming businesses. Also experienced some issues in getting our profile customized to fully reflect our difference as a company, however, we were able to mostly work through most of this.
