## About beschafft.at
beschafft.at is a tendering (RFQ) platform for small and mid-sized companies. Upload your bill of quantities as PDF, Excel or photo — AI turns it into structured line items that you review and confirm. Invite your own suppliers with a personal link: they submit their quotes directly in the browser, without an account and without a password, optionally in English. All quotes appear side by side in a line-by-line price comparison with the best price per item highlighted, net and gross separated, alternative items flagged. The platform handles reminders, bidder questions, partial awards by lot, award and rejection emails, the purchase order PDF and a complete audit trail. Paid plans add a second bidding round, reverse auctions, price history and anonymous market benchmarks. Free plan available, suppliers never pay. Hosted in Europe, GDPR-compliant.
