beryvo is practice management software for nutritionists and dietitians, built with a working nutritionist in Portugal. It brings patient records, meal plans, scheduling, payments and a patient app into one program, so less time goes into admin and more into patients. Meal plans take minutes: start from the previous plan, a template or a blank page, search around 1,400 foods from the Portuguese food composition table (INSA) and type amounts the way patients think (2 slices, 1 yogurt). The energy and macro target stays in view as you build. Offer several options per meal, add recipes and food swaps, and the shopping list is made from the patient's choices. Patients get a free app on their phone with their meal plan, recipes, food diary with photos, barcode scanner, weight log and private messages, plus an optional community moderated by the nutritionist. Online booking runs 24 hours a day, with automatic reminders and attendance confirmation by email and phone notification. Online visits create the Google Meet link and appear in Google Calendar. Patients can pay by card, MB WAY or Multibanco through the nutritionist's own Stripe account, and beryvo takes 0% commission on visits. Clinics can add several nutritionists and support staff who only see what they need. The AI plan adds consultation recording with automatic summaries. Data is stored in the European Union, with GDPR tools included. Works on computer and phone, 7 days free with just a name and email.
