It collects the carrier's events into one normalised, DCSA-style timeline with the original and current ETA and the delay, in a web dashboard and over a REST API. Features: reference type and carrier auto-detection; ETA and delay tracking; email alerts and daily, weekly or monthly digests; multi-company accounts with owner, admin, member and viewer roles; REST API documented with OpenAPI, with scoped API keys and idempotency keys; HMAC-signed webhooks for shipment updates, ETA changes and arrivals, retried with backoff; a remote MCP server for AI assistants. Carriers include COSCO, ONE, HMM, ZIM, Maersk, MSC, OOCL, Evergreen, Hede, SITC, PIL and Matson.
