Benway is a 100% free HR, people operations and employee benefits platform built for Brazil, with no plans, no feature limits and no cap on the number of employees. It was founded in January 2026 in Goiânia, Brazil, to move people management out of spreadsheets for companies of every size, with a focus on SMBs and HR and payroll professionals. With people management, companies add employees one at a time or in bulk, store documents, track vacations, absences and change history, and see an org chart. With benefits management, they set who is eligible for each benefit, with rules, amounts and tiers, and track cost and usage by benefit and by team. Benway organizes payroll: earnings and deductions per employee in one place, custom columns, and Excel and PDF reports to send to the accountant. Payment itself stays with the company and its accountant. The survey module includes ready-made templates for NR-1 psychosocial risk (COPSOQ III), climate, pulse, eNPS, DISC, financial well-being, motivation and 90°/180° reviews, plus custom surveys with anonymous answers and live dashboards. For recruiting, AI drafts the job post, screening uses a compatibility score, and there is a visual pipeline and a branded careers page. Benway also runs a public review portal for Brazilian corporate benefit providers and offers free resources such as labor-law calculators, spreadsheets, salary data and an HR compliance calendar. How it stays free: Benway is paid by partners in its Benefits Hub, not by user companies. There is no subscription, no credit card and no contract. 100% free, no plans.
