Bento is an email marketing, marketing automation, and transactional email platform built for teams who take email seriously. It combines the tools you'd normally need three or four separate products for into a single app. Send newsletters, run automated sequences, and handle transactional emails like order confirmations and password resets from one place. The platform is built around powerful automation that doesn't require a PhD to use. Create multi-step sequences with behavioral triggers, segment subscribers based on what they actually do, and personalize content without writing complex logic. Everything from cart abandonment flows to onboarding sequences to win-back campaigns runs from the same workflow builder. Deliverability infrastructure comes standard with Bento. Reputation monitoring, authentication setup, and batching controls are built in rather than sold as expensive add-ons. Poor deliverability means emails land in spam regardless of how much you spend on your platform. Bento treats inbox placement as a core feature, not an afterthought. The pricing model is value-based. You pay for users rather than emails sent This typically works out cheaper for teams with large, high volume lists but we also tend to be cheaper for people coming from competitors too. No hidden fees for deliverability tools or premium support tiers. Bento works best for ecommerce stores, SaaS companies, and digital product creators with 5,000 to 500,000 contacts. It's designed for operators who've outgrown basic tools but don't need enterprise complexity. Developer-friendly APIs and SDKs make integration straightforward for technical teams. SOC-2 compliant, founded in 2019, with a small team of employees across 3 continents.
