The Spark by Benevity platform has given our employees easy access to their giving 24/7/365. We did not have this convenience with our previous provider. Our giving program is run a little differently than traditional campaigns, so we have to modify the way some things are done and combine multiple reports to obtain particular results, but the Benevity team always works with us to make it happen. We would like to see an option to enter a total dollar amount and select multiple causes for it to be distributed to, as opposed to having to enter each individual donation separately.
