"Elevating Our Impact: How Benevity Transformed Our MyClubCares Program"
5/5
What do you like best about Benevity?

Since implementing the Benevity platform three years ago, our MyClubCares community impact program has undergone a remarkable transformation, becoming more accessible, data-driven, and deeply aligned with our company’s values.

1. Streamlined Participation and Increased Engagement

Benevity has made it easier than ever for employees to get involved. With a centralized platform for finding volunteer opportunities, logging hours, and making donations, participation has become seamless and efficient. We've seen steady year-over-year growth in volunteer engagement, with thousands more employees contributing their time and resources to causes they care about.

2. Data-Driven Storytelling and Transparency

For the first time, we’ve been able to track volunteer and donation activity in real time. The reporting capabilities have provided us with a clear and measurable view of our impact, enabling us to celebrate employee efforts better, identify areas for growth, and share compelling success stories with leadership, community partners, and stakeholders.

3. Scalable Across Regions and Programs

With teams in over 23 states, Benevity has allowed us to scale our program consistently across all locations. Whether it's national campaigns like the Season of Giving or localized events with United Way or Habitat for Humanity, the platform provides the tools to engage employees at every level, regardless of their location.

4. Empowered Partnerships with Business Resource Groups (BRGs)

The recent launch of the BRG Hub within Benevity has been a game-changer, giving our Business Resource Groups a dedicated space to organize and promote their community initiatives. It’s helped us elevate the work of our BRGs and connect more employees to culturally meaningful service opportunities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Benevity?

The only drawback we've experienced with Benevity is the lack of integration with Workday. It’s the one missing piece that would enable us to fully capture and showcase the true scale of our community impact. With integration, we can eliminate duplicate entries and ensure that no volunteer hours go uncounted, allowing us to tell a more complete and powerful story of employee engagement. "User-Friendly Platform with Great Support, Minor Room for Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Benevity?

Benevity is highly user-friendly and easy to navigate, even for those who are new to corporate giving platforms. The dashboard presents clear options for making donations, volunteering, and tracking impact, which simplifies getting involved. I value the efficient implementation process and the responsive customer support. Additionally, it integrates smoothly with other workplace tools, making it simple to participate in various campaigns and causes. Overall, Benevity fosters a strong sense of community and engagement within the workplace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Benevity?

Certain features could benefit from greater customization, particularly when it comes to tracking and reporting individual contributions. At times, new campaigns may take a little longer to appear or synchronize across different systems. Additionally, there are some minor restrictions on how often you can update profile preferences or donation options, which can slow things down for more active users. Enhanced flexibility and more advanced integrations would significantly improve the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A platform for good"
4/5
What do you like best about Benevity?

Alaya is easy to get involved with and does not require huge amounts of your time in order to do some real good in the world (you can spend much more time as you wish per cause).

The causes are varied and topical (for example, Sustainability September, or Pride-focused causes in Pride month), and cover the big and important worldwide needs and crises as well - I have donated to Afghanistan and to Gaza medical aid, for example, and I love doing our Christmas gift-giving to local kids in care, every year.

You can see the impact your organization as a whole is having as well as yourself individually, which is really inspiring and encouraging.

It's very easy to get involved and to find new challenges / cause options, and overall I feel I am enabled and empowered to make a (little but real) difference in the world. I am glad my company joined up with Alaya to give us this channel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Benevity?

You need to get used to navigating the platform to find what you need, but it's all there! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Benevity?

Spark allows global companies to connect their best asset - their employees - with over 2M causes they care about. Their customer service and customer listening are top notch, ensuring that you get the best platform to run your "goodness" program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Benevity?

Spark can feel "clunky" at times. The UX is ultimately user friendly, but from the admin side you might need to hop and out of a couple of different systems or use Benevity's (extermely wonderful and friendly) support teams to help you. They're working on more self-service options and this will be a huge improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One Stop CSR Solution"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Benevity?

Alaya is a great platform to find a lot of Charity partners across the globe to engage with. it gives you the ease of identifying different volunteering opportunities and identify different NGOs supporting the various causes. It is a one roof solution for CSR activity and engagement. It has been around a year that I have been using this platform from my company. A very easy platform to create CSR activities and share it with your colleagues and friends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Benevity?

The registration process is not very simple for the NGOs and sometimes they struggle with the technicalities. Not every NGO is tech Savvy. If it is easy to register or if someone can handhold an NGO during the registration process , it will be very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Made Volunteering So Easy"
4/5
What do you like best about Benevity?

We started using the Benevity platform last year to formalize our company's charitable giving match program, in which we match a percentage of each employee's charitable contributions to qualified organizations. I wasn't engaged in the launch of the program, but I've seen how switching to this platform has improved tracking over what we were doing before. It was easy to use for documenting my donations and receiving the company match. I knew what to do and when the corporate match was accomplished. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Benevity?

The search function only allows you to narrow your results by region (US, Europe, etc.) rather than City or County, and there is a lack of support for basic questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
