The app gives you a notification when funds, and how much, have been deposited into your account. All transactions are easily accessible on the app so you always know what your balance is and where you have spent money. Benepass gives you a virtual card to use or you can request a physical card, either way it is easy to pay for medical services easily, and if you by chance do not have your card and have to pay out of pocket, you can easily take a picture of your valid receipt and submit to Benepass and get reimbursed within days for those out of pocket funds. From an employers side it is very easy to submit employee deductions on the website. You create a file in the format requested and import it. Benepass send notifications whenever they draw funds so you can easily book your withdrawls to cover usage. When we implemented Benepass and we had questions the customer service was always quick to respond and keep us on the right path. The only thing that we had some issues with when implementing Benepass was our month end reconciliations. Working with Customer Service we were able to streamline the process of the month end, but it took a few meetings to understsnd what reports to pull and how to look at the process. A few things I love about Benepass is being able to buy courses that benefit me with not only my professional interests but personal hobbies. It helps me purchase books and read up on things I usually wouldn't and it's been an amazing benefit and a privilege to be able to get new books. One of the best things as well is purchasing movie tickets and concert tickets. A huge benefit that makes it extremely beneficial for me as I love all music and cinema. We've had Benepass for over 2 years here at my org and I think this is one of the best benefits an employer can provide to their employees outside regular comp. I am able to take on more extra curricular activities and it won't have been possible if that same amount was part of my regular salary. The reimbursement process is pretty simple where I just need to upload the invoices and I am done. Love that Benepass has a stable mobile app making it way more convenient. I wouldn't have much idea on the ease of implementation and integration but the ease of use is really good. Haven't interacted with customer support but am sure it'll be good.
