Most issues have been tied to using the FSA portion of the Benepass, but nothing overly problematic. **What do you dislike about Benepass?** My only complaint is I wish we could use our lifestyle dollars on dining out or carry out. I've noticed that, occasionally, different branches of the same merchant will classify with varying MCC designations, making it difficult to know whether or not I have enough funds to complete the transaction before attempting to complete my purchase. It takes a minimal amount of clicks to view the relevant information or to access account information. Overall, it's one of the most satisfying experiences where design simplicity doesn't mean a lack of features. **What do you dislike about Benepass?** It would be nice if the card allowed purchases up to the maximum balance rather than declining once the transaction goes over. This feature would help avoid having to know the exact amount left in the card each time to make sure the purchases don't go over. Especially useful for self-checkout grocery lanes, since many don't offer the ability to split payments. **What problems is Benepass solving and how is that benefiting you?** Benepass offers a lot of flexibility when it comes to employee benefit payments. In my case, this is a bi-weekly meal allowance that gets automatically reported for tax purposes, with rollover and expiration of benefits seamlessly integrated. The app is very convenient and well thought out - very simple to check balances. The physical debit card makes in-store purchases a snap! It just WORKS - no fiddling, no red tape. **What do you dislike about Benepass?** So far, I haven't come across anything that's been a blocker. **What problems is Benepass solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our company gives us a monthly wellness stipend, and before Benepass there wasn't a real clean way of disbursing or regulating that benefit. Benepass makes it super easy to see how much of your stipend you have left, and very easy to spend your remaining balance. The card is accepted everywhere I've tried using it, and since wellness is in the eye of the beholder, I've been able to use the funds very flexibly and naturally, with no failures or challenges. The website and app are easy to understand and navigate, and the process to expense is simple. I've used it a handful of times already, and the approval and refund process has been stellar. No issues whatsoever. I highly recommend this awesome employee perk. **What do you dislike about Benepass?** I haven't experienced any downsides, as I'm still relatively new to the program. However, it might make it easier for people to know what categories are covered and the limitations of making certain expenses or claims. **What problems is Benepass solving and how is that benefiting you?** Benepass has been integral in allowing me to provide self-care physically and mentally. I've used it specifically for fitness, health and body maintenance. It has helped cover the cost of my monthly fitness membership and monthly massages. ### 40. This is one of my favorite (if not my favorite) perks my company provides. **What do you dislike about Benepass?** Can't think of much - I didn't like the login when I first signed up and thought it wasn't super intuitive with the "company code" part - I kept looking internally for a code and didn't realize I'd receive a specialized code to my email. but besides that - nothing else! **What problems is Benepass solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's making our employees happy and showing that we care about their health. It also gives the employees the freedom to choose what they'd like so that we don't have to. ### 41. Customer support is super efficient and quick to resolve issues. I have already accidentally moved two friends from other companies to talk to the human resources and financial teams of the companies where they work, to adopt Benepass as the tool to use for managing company benefits! **What do you dislike about Benepass?** Refunds could be a little faster. Still, it's a super efficient option. **What problems is Benepass solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ease with the company attributes benefits, as well as a greater number of options where employees can spend them. But they usually work with you to get it done.
