The representative that assisted me was friendly, knowledgeable, and funny as well! It took a couple of emails back and forth because it involved credit card numbers being activated and deactivated but it was completed in less than 48 hours. The representative made sure that all details of my request were clear and gave me great information on how to update my Benepass info for all vendors. **What do you dislike about Benepass?** I can't say there is nothing to dislike. I've always had great experiences with Benepass. **What problems is Benepass solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was a last name change. I really like that everything is so seamless from the app to emails being sent back and forth. ### 3. The app is easy also easy to use and my overall experience is amazing! **What do you dislike about Benepass?** I wish there is an option to easily whitelist merchants that usually get declined - straight from the app. I had a few in the past and hadn't had the chance to whitelist them yet but I don't think this negatively impacted my experience. They always reply to me within 24 hr and do their best to solve my problem. They are doing a good job on taking care of their customers. Their web and mobile apps are easy to use and navigate! **What do you dislike about Benepass?** As the software features grow, there are bugs here and there. One of them I encountered was the discrepancy in the transaction record between the home page and the transactions page. This is not a big issue though. **What problems is Benepass solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Benepass to check my FSA transaction history, file a reimbursement, find my FSA card info, explore benefits that are covered by my FSA. I found a good contact lenses online store through Benepass! ### 5. This is unbelievable customer service. I also feel healthier as an individual, because I have purchased a rock climber membership that I would never have purchased otherwise. The card was successfully accepted and I was able to purchase what I wanted. **What do you dislike about Benepass?** Being not sure if the store accept the card. It wasn't written on the app which places are allow. I don't want my card to decline at the cashier register. If only there's a way to find out beforehand. Also, if the card declines, then I need to remove items I originally plan to purchase. **What problems is Benepass solving and how is that benefiting you?** No problems at this moment. Benefit is that it shows me exactly how much I have left. After transaction, it shows on my app immediately. ### 11.
