I use BenefitPoint to keep everything in one place so when someone needs information for one of my insurance groups while I'm away, they don't have to search through my files. I like that I can put activities in, which helps me stay on track with my workload. The ability to log activities, input follow-up dates, and deadline dates is amazing.
