The navigation is not streamlined. You can add a lot of data, but the navigation is so awful you are not even aware your work wasn't saved and it doesn't allow for modifications that are quite commonly used. **What do you dislike about BenefitPoint?** The navigation is awful. For example, you can't just hit save. You have to also hit a tiny blue option "Update" before saving. I have to do things more than once and stumble through. The templates for things like age banded rates or age specific fees are not modifiable. Better stay diligent or your work won't actually be saved. Honestly one of the worst websites I've ever used for work. I was also informed logging in outside of our company's portal will not be the same platform, from which some features won't be visible and some work we do won't be saved. **What problems is BenefitPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a place to store data. You can add many documents and enter benefit details, but the navigation is too awful in my opinion. It is not user friendly. Therefore, I believe many steps taken by staff is not actually being saved or able to be entered correctly. The limitations are too high in my opinion. Very happy to hear we are moving away from using this system. I believe it has caused far too many things to be missed and allows too many errors to be made too easily. At times unbeknownst to the user.,,even after they hit the save button. Which is pretty standard on just about all websites.
