Benchmark Email isn't the most mobile-friendly. Our organization has sent many communications through Benchmark Email and from time to time, the formatting looks drastically different on a mobile device - more so than what the mobile device preview shows. I've also noticed some formatting issues with viewing the communications through Outlook. Hopefully the Benchmark team is working to innovate and find solutions for that.
