What do you like best about Benchmark Email?

Benchmark email is a great platform, its drag and drop template editing option is intuitive which help a lot while creating the email template. Setup a campaign , analyze, Ab testing make it hassle free. . Customer support is quick and responsive. Integration with other tools is seamless and effortless. I like Benchmark Email because of the following features:

1. The UI is simple and easy to use.

2. Easy to implement email marketing strategies.

3. Easy to setup campaign.

What do you like best about Benchmark Email?

Easy implementation and beginner friendly interface. Smooth integration with CRM, e-commerce and some other tools also. Many fetures like autoresponders and maintaining workflows. Used on regular basics, easy tacking mails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Benchmark Email?

- A/B testing is love, I was able to A/B test my email and generate results in a week.

- Analytics are good, but if we could go a little more in-depth—like Google Analytics—it would make the tool awesome. - Ease of use is a priority, and benchmark ticks the box.

- Another advantage is ease of integration—I was able to easily integrate it with my database I wanted to target. To thoroughly test the tool, our frequency of use is consistently increasing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Benchmark Email?

- Now, there is no such thing as a free lunch. I understand, but it seems the upgrade prices are quite high.

- That leads me to scalability, where if tomorrow I need to scale my user base to 5 digits, it will be challenging for me. So, we need to take note of this as well.

- My partner raised a question about Zoho CRM integration. Not sure if he was able to seamlessly integrate Zoho CRM into this tool. But overall, this tool is helpful, so I am gonna rely on this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Benchmark Email solving and how is that benefiting you?

The tool is helping you send out emails in bulk, allowing me to test the mailers at different levels. Apart from that, I was able to change the database and mix and match with different audiences. Ultimately, my business is ROI-intensive; there, the analytics and A/B testing help to find the right audience, analytics, and conversions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Scheduling emails in advance. I have found one software issue that I can't resolve and it is not critical. Being somewhat similar to MS Word makes using it easy. When I need help, I get it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Benchmark Email?

Very little to dislike. It has more features that I do not use but what I need, it works just fine. I would really like a short email list kept in the "Send Copy" option. I would always have the same two to three email addresses to share a preview with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
