Pro adds text-message RSVPs, text broadcasts, bulletins and polls, and advanced finance and expense tracking. It modernizes the way adult league teams manage their organization. BenchApp has shipped many new features recently and has done a strong job of updating those features as feedback loops are created. It is very easy to set up BenchApp and has gotten easier over the years. I would rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommending it to a friend or colleague. **What do you dislike about BenchApp?** Speed to address shipped-feature enhancements **What problems is BenchApp solving and how is that benefiting you?** BenchApp helps captains and players stay organized with a single-source-of-truth for game schedules, lineups, playoff eligibility, and more. It's great that the guys don't even need the app to get these texts, making it super convenient for everyone. Plus, it keeps track of how many players are in, which really simplifies the process for managing the team. Also, the initial setup was very easy. **What do you dislike about BenchApp?** I think a manual payment/cash tracking feature would be helpful. **What problems is BenchApp solving and how is that benefiting you?** BenchApp saves me from texting everyone weekly, automating check-ins and tracking attendance without needing the app. ### 3. Just the right features. Everything you'd expect. Nothing more. Easy and fun to use. I literally feel joy logging in to Bench App. **What do you dislike about BenchApp?** Like any team organization tool, not all the users (hockey players in my case) remember to RSVP. So I use the BA SMS feature to poke people and I get high compliance as a result. **What problems is BenchApp solving and how is that benefiting you?** All games in once place with calendar synchronization. RSVP's for each game. Ensuring just the right amount of people show up, no more. Allows my teammates to engage their own way (SMS, Mobile App, Desktop App, Tablet App, Email). ### 4.
