**What do you like best about Bench iT?**

Survey templates are useful for creating surveys quickly. And considering the extensive customization options, they allow researchers to create customized surveys that meet their specific needs.

**What do you dislike about Bench iT?**

The biggest disadvantage is the price, as it can be high for some small organizations, and due to the multiple functions of the application, it might be difficult for new users to learn how to use them all.

**What problems is Bench iT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Distributing surveys can be a slow and laborious process. Bench iT offers a variety of survey distribution methods that make it easier to reach a wide audience.
