We have partener up with belong and since then we has been able to find good resource that matches our expectations as well as the skillet.Their Ai solution helps in getting near to close skillset and comparable profile. The support team of belong somewhat lacks and hence it takes longer than the expected to fix the glitch due to which there has been several downtime. Sometimes the customer support at belong is not so great as we have tickets pending to be resolved for more than 3 days even when we raise Level 1 incidents.
