(2)5.0/5

Bella AI is the compliance and operations platform built specifically for barber and beauty schools. Cosmetology, barbering, esthetics, and nail programs carry a heavy administrative load: tracking student hours and academic progress, staying audit-ready for accreditation, and keeping records accurate across campuses, instructors, and enrollment cycles. Bella brings that work into one platform, so school owners, directors, and admissions and financial aid teams spend less time on spreadsheets and paperwork and more time on student success. At the core of Bella is its Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Compliance Engine. Bella automates SAP checkpoint evaluations, tracks the attendance and academic metrics behind each student's standing, and runs warning, probation, and dismissal workflows consistently and on time. Schools get a clear, documented record of every evaluation, which supports Title IV compliance and lowers the risk of findings during audits and program reviews. Bella's Reports Module gives administrators on-demand visibility into how their institution is doing. It includes a system-generated NACCAS report with fulfillment and compliance scoring, so schools can see where they stand before an accreditation review, not after. Reports can be exported and scheduled, which makes it easy to share up-to-date numbers with owners, compliance officers, and accreditors. Bella supports schools at every stage of accreditation. Established institutions use it to maintain NACCAS accreditation year after year. Newer schools preparing for candidacy and site visits use Bella's resources, webinars, and education to understand requirements and build compliant processes from day one. Bella is built around how barber and beauty schools operate. That makes it a focused alternative to generic student information systems (SIS) and school management software that weren't designed for clock-hour programs. The platform is designed to be intuitive for staff with any level of technical experience, and the Bella team works with schools directly through onboarding, training, and ongoing support. Beyond software, Bella invests in the beauty education community through its podcast \*Built with Bella\*, live webinars, and a private community for school owners and educators to share best practices on compliance, enrollment, retention, and school growth. Whether you run a single campus or a multi-location group, Bella AI helps you stay compliant, stay organized, and stay focused on training the next generation of barbers, stylists, and beauty professionals.
