They are supposed to help with pipeline generation, they have had 0 leads / appointments in 2 months, we will be breaking the contract and dropping them, follow up seems to be slow and non-existent. While the Belkins team was pleasant to work with, they completely failed in every aspect of their work with us. While they checked the boxes of developing and sending out messaging campaigns, they at no point understood our business, our offer or what strategy to use. This despite the fact that what we do and offer is not complex.

We spent countless hours editing and correcting emails written by them that were filled with errors, disconnected logic and misinformation.

Their LinkedIn messaging included responses that used the prospects' wrong name repeatedly leading to harsh responses and reputational damage.

At one point about mid way through our engagement, when asked what they would do to address the complete lack of results, their response was to blast even more blindly at a wider audience hoping something would stick.

After four months - we had literally not one lead, not one phone call, not one opportunity. They refused to entertain any kind of discount or refund, made every effort to cover their mistakes with empty metrics and in the end demonstrated a complete lack of accountability.

It was money and time wasted and we saw nothing that would distinguish Belkins from any cheap, off the shelf generic mass emailing solution that rarely brings even the smallest results.

They promised to deliver leads and they didn't , they are just trying to charge one more month and keep promising. they were advertising as experienced in saas and crms but the Ukranian team they assigned us had no idea about that field. they only sent 500 emails thats it. when we asked for the leads they promised us they said "pay one more month and we will deliver both" basically just giving promises to charge you one more month. it is their business strategy and all good reviews are fake. i am sure about it.
