I only use BelkaGPT at the moment. Probably the best thing about it is that it can tell you when it doesn't know something - I never experienced any hallucinations. I also like the fact that it understands multiple languages and typos. Searching manually with filters is limited to words that are spelled correctly, and users tend to make typos, especially in messages, so this is a useful feature. I don't like a lack of labels in the software. For example, when I looked at the course, there was a mention of a "tools" bar. For someone who has used Belkasoft for a while it is obvious that it is one toolbar at the bottom of the screen, but for a newbie it is not. Also, BelkaGPT often doesn't work when the scope is too wide and there is too much data, which is okay, but I found it a little difficult to realise when scope is narrow enough. Also, BelkaGPT doesn't always read metadata well, which is also okay because that's what manual search is for, but I didn't know this at the beginning and it made it difficult.
