BelegOne is a web-based invoicing platform for creating and managing business documents online, including Swiss QR invoices, receipts, credit notes, quotes, and delivery notes. Documents can be converted between types, such as turning quotes into invoices. The software allows customer data storage, configurable pricing, and digital signatures on receipts and credit notes. Documents are generated as PDFs and can be emailed directly. It supports net and gross price entry with automatic VAT calculation. Features include document status tracking (drafts, issued, or cancelled) and external PDF import with optical character recognition to extract metadata like type, number, date, counterparty, and total amount, though verification is required. Accounting integration offers CSV export for issued documents, and payment tracking includes status monitoring and a three-tier reminder system. Full tenant export is available for data backup.
