Ok, but a lot of work **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2021 **What do you like best about Behance?** So this plateform is really useful to showcase your work. It has a strong reputation and is integrated with a lot of third parties wich simplifies how you can share your work. **What do you dislike about Behance?** The problem with these plateform and behance in particular, is the amount of work needed to present your work. So it works well for anything related to visual design, where you show off 1 picture, but as a UX designer we want to show off our messy design process. It's just too much work, so I end up not using it a lot. Also everything is public, so now way of putting a password to what you show there. Everything is public so keep that in mind.... **Recommendations to others considering Behance:** If you need to show off anything visual this is a good plateform, but not so much for explaining a process. **What problems is Behance solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a nice way to show off projects and also to find visual design inspiration. ### 2. There are so many different venues for folks to showcase their work, I'm not sure how many people may think, "I need a new source of imagery. I know! I'll go to Behance...." I guess what I don't like is that it seems undifferentiated. **Recommendations to others considering Behance:** Make sure you have a use-case for the product. **What problems is Behance solving and how is that benefiting you?** I suppose we're solving a need for an online portfolio, but so far, it's been a solution in search of a problem, for us. ### 3. Opportunities emerging from Behance are on par with your chances of winning the lottery. **What problems is Behance solving and how is that benefiting you?** Behance doesn't solve any of my business problems. Amazing resource for inspiration. **What do you dislike about Behance?** Not good for sharing portfolio with people who do not use behance or have an account. Tricky to navigate and not as intuitive as other programs. **What problems is Behance solving and how is that benefiting you?** Place for myself to keep notes from projects, things that I want to save but are not portfolio-worthy. ### 6.
